You’ve Got Mail—3

OK, listen to this:

I discovered yesterday that when parents drop their child off for two weeks at Takodah, they can now also drop off letters and packages directly at campOn opening dayInto bins marked by intended date of distribution to their child.

I understand the thinking behind this idea—this option that didn’t exist back in the day, but really?

Nope. Not buyin’ it.

    1. THESE postcards will travel by post, with stamps, and postmarks. THESE postcards might show up with a little wear and tear. THESE postcards might arrive in the order they’re sent. And they might not. Two might arrive on the same day. The final one might not even get to camp before camp ends.

THESE postcards are burstin’ with magic, I tell ya.

  2. I’m with you! Nothing better than the old fashioned snail mail…one at a time. LOVE these postcards…and the whole project!

    1. MaryAnn, I love that you “get” all the elements of this project. Thanks for cheering me on—it’s a bit intense to keep generating them, scan them, blog about this and that related to them, and so forth!
