Cut-Outs Hang Out

Before we leave my debut mini-Matisses to seek their fame and fortune*, I want to share this photo from the page in my art journal where they hang out together. They make an attractive group of fledglings, don’tcha think?

    1. Joje, yes! The grouping has a very upbeat joyful feel to it. I’m making a mental note to myself to perhaps make other groupings—the individual pieces energize each other, supporting the notion of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.
