Washed to a Sparkle by Saltwater

The sea has always whispered to me,

all down my life it’s been there.

And with that endless restlessness

come other sounds --

seagulls shrieking

and mast wires clinking as boats shift;

pebbles turning

and waves tapping sea-worn rocks.

Just the right amount of green to make this piece sparkle! Love thos thin white lines!

Carol, your feedback on visual language is gratifying and helpful. I wanted to take this piece from flat to some depth so I chose to add pops of a bright analogous green and contrast with thin white lines—and both caught your eye : )
