Yeah.
Wasn't getting there under my 'own' steam.
Invited outrageous openness.
Got out of the way.
Went about my business.
And then some days later found myself in my studio finger-painting.
Grateful.

What greater fun than getting your fingers in the work!
Finger-painting was indeed great fun yesterday—I needed to break through whatever misplaced energy was keeping me from experimenting/playing/discovering in my studio, and the very direct engagement through my fingers was the ticket : )
Dirty, color filled fingers. Sounds so fun Dotty. :) Great depth here, love the light in the reds. :)
I'm laughing now as I look back at this WIP—each color, tint, hue was so vivid as I applied it but the whole now looks kinda dirty around the periphery. Hard for me in this moment to know where I might take this exploration.
