The word scrappy floated up in a hypnagogic moment of partial wakefulness during the night. It popped into my field of attention a second time in the light of day.

Always learning new words and meanings! Really like that second meaning! I love how every "scrap" tells sends a little message! Just the right touch with those small squares and the story top right!
Carol, happy to highlight that second definition. Of late, the scrappy feisty get-up-and-keep-stepping-into-the-arena part of me has been feeling a bit more like a pile of disorganized untidy scraps, odds, and ends than anything else, but these postcards give me hope!
