that the Lord hath made;
let us be glad
and rejoice in it!
We have to start sometime.
Now!
We have to start somehow.
See!
We have to start somewhere.
Here!

What a beautiful poem/prose! Love all additions,collage,dots and white scribbles! Do you paste this on a blank postcard or just stamp it on the back with address and message? I may have asked you before!
LOVE that title Dotty. LOVE this piece. Made me turn my head this way and that to read. Haha. Yup, I did. :)
Carol, thanks! The original start I'm using for this series of postcards was painted on relatively sturdy card stock (a calendar poster). Further, the addition of collage and a light coat of varnish ups the sturdiness a bit. Therefore, I just turn the painting over, write my message, affix a stamp, address it, and send it through the post.
The title felt just right to me; glad it strikes your fancy also, Sheila. I just took a spin around this card myself to re-read all the embedded text : )
oooooh that title! And those dotted trails that resemble tentacles....I am pulled into the deep of this piece!
Hey, Jen, pulled into the deep: yay!
Happy to hear the title pulls you in, too.
As I look back at this piece anew, a few weeks after having created it, it is feeling very 2020.
