Affirming and fun to hear your noticings, Sheila. The empty soft whites were intentional—I tend to forget I don't have to fill every inch!! The mark making felt wonderfully intuitive and organic. I love it all in this moment, too—that's one of my big challenges when I paint: I fall in love and get attached WAY too early in the game.
