LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the first one. It is a work of art!!!! I almost want to beg you not to change it. But, alas.... I know you will. And it is just as much fun to see what you will come up with, as it is for you to come up with... it. LOL. Love the soft cool neutrals too :) But that one does need a little something more. :)
Thanks, Sheila. I'm loving generating these collage papers for myself, but maybe I've found my calling and can have them be ends in themselves, i.e. works of art in their own right. I think the only reason I've been able to chop into them for other projects is that I fully had that in mind before starting. Even so, it has been hard to make the first cuts in each one.
I agree with Sheila! I love those colors in the first one especially. And your lesson 5 collage- awesome! I can picture your brain as you swirl, and twirl, and dab, and dot, and splash. Fun and so cool to be able to let loose like that!
Thanks, Laurie. It's been such fun to just play with color and texture without any plan or idea beyond those two elements. In fact, I'm thinking I may rustle up some more collage paper this afternoon. Then, I need to get back to the collage exercises themselves!

Yes!
Sometimes this is just the nicest thing to do. Just play with color, texture, lines. Nothing more!
Precisely! Such a gift!
