reflecting our by-the-sea shower tile selection
and our by-the-sea corner of the world

Isn't it??! Thanks, Carol. I've never had such lovely bathrooms as now that I have original art in them : )

We're coming down the home stretch. Still a few niggly details in this master bath, but I'm putting money on being done within 10 days.

Fingers crossed.

holy cow! This is stunning! And I adore seeing the painting in situ - its size and beauty are perrrrrrrrrrrrrfect for that spot! OMG!

I feel the same way! Such joy to have paintings done by my very own hands gracing and enhancing the beauty that surrounds me in my home. Holy cow! Thank you for your enthusiasm and feedback on size. This project took some doin'! Even though I've documented a considerable amount of the process, I haven't included it all—e.g. first hanging the painting over the toilet too high, then having to patch/repaint the nail hole, and so forth!

Thanks, Simone! Wanted to be sure you saw the paintings in place—I am humbled and delighted to see how significantly they elevate the beauty and visual interest in an already beautiful and visually interesting space.

Sheila! I was JUST thinking about you 7 minutes ago, wondering how're you're doing, and wanting to tell you that the bookmarks I used for the past two books I read were art cards you've sent me—each card perfectly coordinated with the book I was reading. Thank you!

Thanks for your feedback re the tiles, treasures, and tide art in our newly renovated bathroom. Your mention of 'perfect pop with the neutrals' reminded me that I'd actually consciously made that decision at some point way back when!

Sheila, just started another book for which yet a third piece of your shared art makes the perfect bookmark!
