First Finish

Made eight energetic bursts off the starting blocks yesterday, and now the first one has zipped around the track to cross the finish line! Had fun running!

Fleet of foot, light of heart, barely winded.

Basic art supplies, scraps, and scribbles.

WOW! This is ready for Hallmark! So sunny, cheerful, and FUN! :)

Thanks for your feedback, Sheila! This piece of sunny cheerfulness is already traveling through the mail as a card (minus a Hallmark logo!), and I'm in production with others.

I really love these florals! Feels almost like a new 'chapter'!

Simone, thank you for affirming my playing with florals; I welcome the cheerleading, especially because what looks carefree, easy, and speedy when Amanda Evanston demonstrates has presented more than one challenge to me. I'm 'arranging' flowers in a new painting currently and I can't imagine yet how or if I might be able to rescue the mess I've got in front of me!
