Attunement

Emmy got me into my studio for a few minutes at a time on her recent visit. No small accomplishment. She painted; I took the leftover smidgens of any color we mixed to activate some blank postcard-size card stock.

Today, I went into my studio all by myself!

I feel like I am flying high, looking down on the landscape. Rivers, roads, field and ponds. Up in the quiet, aways from the noise. :)
Enjoy Dotty :)

this color palette is dreamy! And you, in the studio, all by yourself - sublime!

Thanks! So glad inspiration flashed in me long enough to dip my brush in paint!

I'm hanging out with you, Sheila, up in the quiet, a ways from the noise, taking in the rivers, roads, fields, and ponds! Loving it! Thanks!

Well, good grief, how is it that I receive no notice in my inbox when visitors make comments?

YES, wonderful to have a granddaughter who calls me back to creativity!

Carol,

1. oh my gosh, just discovered two comments from you that landed in trash. Not sure how. I wonder how many others have gone that way? It's only by happy accident that I even went to trash for any reason. I now need to poke further to see what else I may have missed. I wonder why I receive no notice of comments in my inbox. Much to sort out.

IN ANY CASE, thank you!

2. Your comments make ME sing! You have picked up on exactly what was at heart for me as I painted: muted tones, black for contrast, all by myself, and the feeling of all-over mosaic pattern : )

3. I subsequently sent this as a postcard to granddaughter Emmy.
