Guess this fell in cyber space! Didn't receive a notice in my box! Love the combinations of organic and geometric. Snippets of collage, tracing paper, and texts, then a string of painted leaves! Small scale grand piece!
Thanks, Simone. A tiny bit of activity in my studio. I cut this bookmark from a postcard I'd painted and sent to my dad in 2020 (which is why the words "Happy Holidays" are stamped on the painting!), and the title I chose for the bookmark was extracted from part of the message I'd written on the postcard : )

Oh no, I don't know why you didn't receive notice in your box! Months ago I stopped receiving notification of comments—for no reason that I could discern nor have I figured out how to reinstate that feature. As a result I often forget for a day or two to even look at my blog to see if there has been any action. Carol, thanks for you feedback re the combinations of organic and geometric, and for your wonderful observations of the visual language of the piece.
