Which universe to enter?
And, once there, will I be able to retrace my steps? Will I be able to return to the drawing board, so to speak, and explore another?
Does it matter?

No it doesn't matter what universe you enter, Dotty. Whichever one it is, they better be ready for YOU! I hate to keep saying this, but this might be my new favorite. I love everything about it. That includes he title!
Laurie, thank you, and don't you just LOVE a world where you can keep having a new favorite???
I feel like I’m looking down on some freshly made cupcakes, decorated with sprinkles no less. When can we dig in?
Cupcakes! I'm loving your totally different take on this piece. I'm so blessed to have comments from my followers; I love being pulled out of my tunnel vision into new views and into the magnanimity of art which has a life of its own once it leaves the paintbrush : )
What I love about this piece: undefined, open, depth, joyful, colorful. Each "universe" take me to new adventures!
Yes delicious cupcakes!
Carol, thanks for this feedback—I'm taking a moment to sit with each descriptor, experiencing one element at a time before focusing on the next, and then pulling back to take it all in as a whole again.
This is my new favorite box of candy...eye candy, that is! SCRUMPTIOUS!
Dive in! Sample every candy in the box!
Thanks, Jen.
The planets have aligned. It's a planet party. And they've sprinkled moonlight and stardust in their eyes of blue :) So delightful, that you can get so much from "one" piece of art :) Thank you Dotty for being YOU!
When the moon is in the Seventh House, and Jupiter aligns with Mars, then peace will guide the planets, and love will steer the stars!! Thank you, Sheila, for being a North Star for me in my painting/blogging : )
Ohhh - it catches my attention at the get-go and then when I enlarge it you reward me with bits of collage & beautiful marks. I want to push through the veiling and see what's beyond - love the yellow 'stardust' on top! Love it!!
Janet, thanks for the specificity of your comments. Such feedback fuels reflection and enters my ever-growing internal creative databank, PLUS any affirmation of veiling is always welcome because it is so hard for me to do!
