Switched Gears
Switched gears and painted on stretched canvas today, gallery wrap. Noticed that I felt a little nervous after six weeks of gessobord and watercolor paper. Noticed that I relaxed as soon as I started painting.
All I want to do today is paint.

Feel like I could reach out and touch those clouds. (A walk down that road would be wonderful as well!)
Thanks for your feedback. I loved everything about this painting—the colors, the canvas, the gallery wrap, the textures, the feel of the brush in my hand, and the end product as well. I had a little tug-of-war about giving it as a gift but give it away I did and if painting isn't about letting go, nothing is!
