Good Morning,
Love the addition of strong blues..and of course the black accents! Have no idea what's to come, every morning a new surprise. Today very warm day, easterly winds from the desert. Summer is close at hand high 70's!!!

Thanks for your thumbs-up for the strong blues and the black accents. Both fun to work with. Like you, I have no idea what's to come, every morning a new surprise.

Enjoy your warm weather!

Love these blue shades! And MAN, the wind yesterday- lots and lots of people without power in the Detroit area. But you make this kind of wind look good! I LOVE windy days, so your painting has a special place with me. Oh Dotty, I have to say that the phrase "find your brave spot" really hit me. I wish I knew that phrase when my kids were young. But I will use it if the opportunity comes up, with my Grandson. Thank you! (Or maybe with myself)

Getting into these blues was satisfying. Re wind: I often think of Mary Poppin, who blew in on an east wind bringing change (and magic). A really windy day clears the air literally and figuratively. My kids were enough older than my sister's that I kinda missed the chance with them to instill that 'brave spot' invitation; plus, I think I leaned towards reflective listening, wanting to show my kids that I heard them—so I further missed the chance to invoke the brave spot b/c I was too busy letting my kids know I heard deep down that they felt afraid! But, it's never too late—to share with others or apply to ourselves : )

How do I love these? Let me count the ways. LOL. Oh Dotty, these summery blues make me want to dive in a crisp clear pool! Drink a Raspberry blue super big gulp! Oh the agony, of not being able to see the whole!! hahaha :) Love everything about these, you continue to amaze and inspire!

Love your poetically allusive comment intro, Sheila! Yes, summery blues, a crisp clear pool. Do not agonize—by the time the above hit the airwaves it was, as you will not be surprised to hear, long gone, at least in this form. Thanks for your cheerleading re my being able to amaze and inspire; I'm so glad to have that outcome : )
