I love all of those marks on the bottom right. Very interesting :)

The process theme I've chosen for this challenge has been very freeing. I just barrel ahead and try any old thing since each day's work will get cut in half for several days' running, and I have no set idea whatsoever of where I'm heading. With that approach, I'm trying all sorts of stuff—like all of those very interesting marks on the bottom right! Thanks for your faithful behind the scenes support.

Love this! Your marks are beautiful and like your colour palette too. Some great shapes showing. Can't wait to see what comes next. Glad you are enjoying your time in the 'art lab'!

As usual I am amazed at your courage and exploration. Black marker scares me out of my wits. But I see it can be covered. Miss the scratch marks but I am sure they will re-occur, or not. Is this on paper or canvas. Paper grams?

Thanks, Janet. This freeplay in the art lab is fun and enlivening, I tell ya! I appreciate your simple comment of "some great shapes showing." I wasn't noticing shapes. Love that feedback.

Carol, thanks for your amazement! Your comments help me appreciate my ever changing adventures in art—while I might have my eye on something new that I'm afraid to try or can't imagine ever accomplishing, you reflect back information that affirms what I have been bold enough to try and have added to my repertoire of experience. I'm working entirely on Strathmore 115 lb. textured finish canvas paper this month. When I complete each piece I adhere it to sturdy manila stock. The end result is a piece with a satisfying heft and presence.

old credit cards are the best tool ever! I love the colors in this piece. Good energy here!

Gotta love those old credit cards! Thank you and thank you for enthusiasm for color and energy.

Good to see you keep painting on 30 days long! (sorry for the crooked English ;-))
Credit cards: hmmm, never used them before, going to try that out!

30 days—keeping me busy in my studio! In fact, I think I might head to my studio as soon as I send this reply to you!

This looks like an abstract vase of flowers, Dotty. It's cool!

Awesome! I love when someone else sees something that I have not, and that was in no way intentional : )
