COLOR, Day 1

You know that knock-knock joke, the one that goes this way:

Knock, knock.
Who's there?
Banana.
Banana who?
Knock, knock.
Who's there?
Banana.
Banana who?
Knock, knock.
Who's there?
Banana.
Banana who?
Knock, knock.
Who's there?
Orange.
Orange who?
Orange you glad I didn't say banana?

Today—

Orange.
Orange who?
Orange you glad I didn't say black and white?!

Started Lesson 5 today:

C - O - L - O - R!

Here are three starts, per given instructions—

I found your black and white intriguing, but must say it's great to see color again, especially on this gray day.

The color is hitting the spot here, too!

Wonderful! I imagine that part of the instrutions were to fill pages with 3 colors in varying fluid shapes. Great colors. Will follow there development.

Your rock at black and white, and with color - watch out world! I already see interesting things going on. In the last one, I can see a woman with outstretched arms. I wonder if I will still see her after you have added marks and textures. Hmmm... fin to find out :)

Thanks, Simone. I'm looking forward to doing the next step of emphasizing COLOR with hints rather than contrast.

Yup, 3-4 colors, any format but with emphasis on color above any other attribute. Attention to hue, value, and saturation, and no cares about what colors are used; pick any ol' colors.

Thanks, Sheila. Love your seeing a woman with outstretched arms. She may still be very visible later.
